These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and empire68 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the empire68 website, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support systems.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on empire68. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be closed, and any bonuses, promotions, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

empire68 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on any account at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A colour copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete. empire68 will not process any withdrawal to an unverified account.

3.4 Account Security

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits made to the platform must represent funds derived from lawful sources. empire68 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities, freeze account balances pending investigation, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in or associated with financial crime. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

empire68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16).

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Players who have already opted in to and begun wagering on a promotion prior to a change will be informed of the change, and reasonable effort will be made to honour the original terms to the extent practicable.

By registering and using an empire68 account, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of any outstanding bonuses, and the forfeiture of balances where permitted by applicable policy.

6.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the empire68 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform for any commercial, professional, or business purpose, including operating as a betting agent or facilitating wagers on behalf of other individuals.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the empire68 platform:

• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including Rummy and live poker variants.

6.3 Communication Standards

You agree to communicate with empire68 staff — including customer support, compliance, and payments teams — in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at empire68 staff or other players are grounds for immediate account suspension.

empire68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, failed KYC verification, or regulatory compliance requirements. Where possible, empire68 will notify the affected player of a closure or suspension; however, in cases involving suspected fraud or regulatory obligations, empire68 may act without prior notice.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your empire68 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, any outstanding verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no compliance holds are active on the account.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to request a self-exclusion. empire68 offers temporary self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months, as well as a permanent self-exclusion option. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. empire68 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a small monthly administration fee as disclosed in the fee schedule. empire68 will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, empire68 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the empire68 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds from gambling outcomes, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game results.

empire68 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. empire68 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance via the platform, but reserves the right to carry out emergency maintenance without notice where required for security or operational reasons.

All gambling on the empire68 platform carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all funds deposited to your account through wagering. empire68 does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome and is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable principles of law. Any dispute arising between you and empire68 that cannot be resolved through our standard support and complaints procedure will be subject to binding dispute resolution. empire68's decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms and the resolution of account disputes are final, subject to any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under applicable law.

8.2 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding your account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of empire68's service, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt. If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to our compliance team for a formal review. All complaints should be submitted in English.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the empire68 platform — including but not limited to the empire68 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces provided by third-party studios — is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of empire68 or the relevant third-party rights holder.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms applicable to active promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and empire68 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
